Depending where you live you can be on the hook if you are common law for a specific amount of time. At one point it was 2 years here and depending on the branch of government it can be as soon as you cohabit together, 30 days, 6 months or? And if she has kids and you live with her as a guy you are on the hook for child support if you have kids shes not on the hook.

I am wondering why "Mens rights" gives a negative feeling to some? I mean woman's rights, black rights, children's rights, Animal rights, Gay rights, lesbian rights, mothers rights so on and so on don't have people reacting with as much animosity as the term "Mens rights". When ever I have seen the term "Mens Rights" in print or through the media it seems to always be a negative tone. It's a clear double standard.

I thought it was funny but I can see how it could be taken if looked at in a different light, like saying you look nice and then someone taking it as hitting on them. Followed with " I am not hitting on you I am just saying you look nice" With a reply " your not hitting on me? Why not? Whats wrong with me? Am I not good enough for you?" It's a no win.

I wonder how child support would be if it was tied into visitation. Parent refuses to let other parent see the child but still gets child support payments. Parent doesn't follow visitation agreement no child support is paid. Once agreement is followed payment resumes.

Few rules of thumb: 1. Document everything that is going on times dates who's around etc. 2. Don't be alone with someone who could accuse you of SH 3. Have someone with you when ever your around the accuser. 4. NEVER EVER have a conversation with someone about job issues with out a third person with you that you trust. Every time I read about this sort of thing happening It seems like a plan hatched from Cosmo or something. " Has your man done you wrong? Here is how you ruin his life!" I remember seeing a column in a women's magazine about"how you got him back" it was about destroying his clothing, car, reputation so on and so on. Until its not ok or promoted to get girls to get "revenge" on guys through false accusations, property damage or any means that are immoral or illegal this stuff will keep happening.

Have a guy walk in to a police station or hospital and explain they were raped. I doubt the guy would be taken seriously hence why men don't report it not to mention the social stigma that follows. Some women think just because they are willing that the guy is, if the guy turns her down she could get upset and say it was attempted rape on his part to "save Face"

I find it strange there is an assumption that just being a guy in the presence of a woman means that the guy could very well rape her at any given second. As well as raping women is what men think of doing 24/7. With stuff like this it makes it sound like every guy is out to rape someone like its men's main driving thoughts. I wonder if this is posted in men's showers in prisons?
