If she want's to go out to a club and get drunk she should be able to without guys pawing at her. And since I've never experienced that how dare I suggest that she not be allowed to. She is taking a risk and is only entitlement to think you can take a risk and have nothing bad ever happen to you. Bad things will happen, you are the only one that can protect yourself. Denying that will only lead to bad outcomes.

More of the American army are the brown people. These are not wars of race, but just normal wars of profiteering. If it was truly for national defence, global stability, and murdering brown people we would intervene the civil war occurring in Mexico.

you are in that type of trouble: go to the authorities. Can you really get a blackmail charge for "eat my ass or I will file a rape charge against you"

non-physical coercion which would cover things like blackmail.

Private prison are big business the more units(men) per space the more money they can make. If they can truly overflow they(the state at the behest of private prisons) will build more. Men will go to jail. To paraphrase MLK, to change a law one must be willing to go to jail.

They would have to do it en mass, but the US has 10% of its population in jail, so yes America can and will lock up that many men.

"To have men that are willing to engage and work on their use of violence … before it gets to the point where they have to engage with the criminal justice system, I think it is vital." From the look of it this is 100% voluntary It looks like a helpful tool. Sure it doesn't include women, but should a therapy group for men include women?

I am saying that the action of hatred is what is important regardless if it is hartred for someone's relgion, race, ect. The Mens rea for the racially motivated crime and the anti-religious motivated crime is the same. And looking for a difference is a purely academic exercise that is on par with determining if a hotdog is a sandwich.

The "they" refuser to the haters. Blanket hatred is irrational, thus, irrational people do irrational things. Well, Islam bills itself as being open to all humans regardless of race. Sure but search Muslim man https://duckduckgo.com/?q=muslim+man&t=canonical&iax=1&ia=images From the preponderance of images one can create a stereotype image fairly quickly. The argument that it isn't racists but prejudicial is purely academic.

For the same reason Sikhs get attacked due to being mistaken for being Muslims; there is a clear image of a dark skinned person with black hair and a beard equalling Muslim. The hatred of people based on affiliation with a group is by its nature irrational, so one should not be supervised when they act as such.

Islamophobia is a real though. Some of my Muslim acquaintances just had their house vandalized and threats made against them because they are Muslim.
