How about this for a different approach. Try to make peace with insecurity. Rather than trying to make it go away. Of course you are insecure bro. Look around you. Look at all the images we are pumped. Look at the game. There are so many of us who are insecure for this reason or that reason. I'm not saying blame others. Don't blame anyone. Yep. These things seem to change a lot based on culture. I mean for example if you had a Japanese woman who is more on the traditional side, she would probably would be very different from a collage graduate American white woman.

There is no middle ground. Make your choice and live with it. I get the two extremes. More power to anyone who chooses either one. But it is bullshit that there is no middle ground. Life is more complex than that. Partners can alternate between number 1 and 2 in different areas of life.
