0	How to make small changes in your life (it works) Great list. I would like to add one thing: Tv, Media- You don't need that bad news every day Spend time on news, politics, economics etc. and stay up to date on certain areas. It is good to know what is going on in the world. Especially if you are introverted or unsocial, it also gives you something to add in a conversation.
