It put's in her mind the possibility of a kiss without doing it. I guess it would depend on how you say or emphasize it. For example, the other day I opened an average HB6 and she was telling me the music she was into. I'm a HUGE music junkie and very critical of music, so I just lightly negged her about her taste in music. But I feel like saying "I can already tell, you and I are NOT going to get along" would put negative preconceived notions in her mind, or might just be just a tad bit too much.
