3	To the guys here who became confident - what made it click? Basic formula is: Ask them about themselves. What they do for work/fun/hobbies. Where do they come from, where do they want to go etc. Listen (cannot stress this enough) and ask follow up questions. What do you like about ____ (work, fun, hobby etc.)? What advice would you give to someone else regarding ____? Most of all though, just have fun. Most of the time girls get weirded out skimpily because the guys have no social skills. 8	To the guys here who became confident - what made it click? Realising that almost everyone has similar feelings at different points in their lives. Realising that if someone doesn’t like what you say or you do enough to judge you, they don’t have to stay in your life. These two facts changed my life. Every now and then I still get a bit nervous about large social gatherings, but ultimately I can speak to anyone. Just keep practicing and one day you’ll realise it’s changed for you too.
