Don’t overthink it, most folks in hookup culture, guys and gals, are are just looking to up their numbers and hit their quotas. If you want a gf/wife you need to start dating that style. Go on REAL dates and only date high quality women and make your intentions clear from the start. 99% will be scared away and filtered out, the 1% who don’t will be the top 1% of women, take your pick from there. FYI this is a lot of work!

Simply just do it, walk into your local community college TODAY! They will set you up with financial aid, loans all of that. Register for classes TODAY! Utilize their career services center and they will place you in some job even if its just retail or food service. Use their gym/weight room. And TALK to everyone on campus!

Been doing MMA, mostly focus on Muay Thai and BJJ and I agree with this. For one-on-one unarmed self-defense situations, martial arts may work if you're better trained and lucky. Anything else, carry a loaded gun and be trained how to use it. With that out of the way I can say that almost any martial arts is worth it for the MGTOW.
