I don’t know too much about weight loss but I think running is good exercise to burn calories. Also depending on what, and how much, you eat your diet might have to change if you’re really serious about weight loss. However, if you’re just starting working out I think the best advice is to start slow. Don’t go too hard where you hurt yourself or discourage yourself from ever going again. Seriously, make sure you’re staying in your realm of capabilities until you make it a habit. Don’t try to run…

You don't need to live an exciting life style to experience excitement. If you look at the wonders of the little day-to-day activities you would be surprised at how exciting some seemingly mundane things can be. Here is a poem by William Martin that I really like: "Do not ask your children to strive for extraordinary lives. Such striving may seem admirable, but it is the way of foolishness. Help them instead to find the wonder and the marvel of an ordinary life. Show the the joy of tasting tomat…

Meditate. Face your lack of freedom instead of running from it with pleasures and distraction.

You don't need to stop forever. I don't. I think stopping forever is stupid. I've heard stopping permanently is also unhealthy. I think keeping it to once a week is fine. Just so it doesn't rule you and your life is the real goal.

Find meaning in not jerking off. Like when you don’t jerk off realize that you are able to control your desires more than you think. You will feel in control of yourself which makes you feel like a badass (at least it does for me). And you can make a game of it or a challenge and the longer you go without doing it you’ll feel like your accomplishing your goal (which is satisfying). Set a goal for not doing it for a 3 days. Then when you realize that you can do that, do it for 4 days. Again, you …

I was in a similar situation to you and I actually stumbled upon Jordan Peterson. He’s a psychologist and he sheds light on proper values in life and how you should conduct your life. He’s got great lectures on YouTube. Very helpful and insightful. Take responsibility for yourself and that will immediately give your life meaning. It’ll help you figure out what adventure you want to do too. Clean your room. It’s no joke, man.

I think Jordan Petersen, even though not MGTOW specifically, has great advice on how to reach success and be your best self. A lot of reminders of the importance of responsibility and making and sticking to schedules. There are also videos of him "destroying feminists" which I like to watch just to see how calm, logical, and centered he is in those high pressure situations. It's great to hear words from people but I find I can learn a lot by watching how they actually behave.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
