Here in pa a judge ruled that the mother of my child was just able to leave to Texas for thanksgiving and just never come back. Oh and when I do have my child for the 4 months at a time I still have to pay her mom child support when she doesn’t have our daughter for those months 🫠

Have one. It didn’t matter the judges mind was made up before the hearing even took place. Before it even started they came to me with a plea basically saying my bm family will pay for the travel if I just agree to the terms and of course I said no. Also It was supposed to be all day until 330 and they cut it off at 12 the judge said he had something else to do..

I’m paying her more in child support than she’s making per check when im the only one who was my daughter for 4 months at a time. And it’s 8 out of the 12 months for this year that she will live w me.

The hearing was in pa.. and the travel is on each of us when it’s our turn so I have to buy a $600 plane ticket for September as well. And I know it won’t work when school comes up and just trying to be real with myself just like this whole process so far they always side w the mother.

Yup that’s what it will be here too just not as flashy. I’ll have my daughter for 4 months and still be paying her mothers rent, nails, hair etc LOL

Yup it’s 50/50. I still have to pay her mother for the 4 months our daughter is in Pennsylvania. While her mother is in Texas.. not caring for our child.

No wonder when we had custody hearing last year I could tell the judge had his mind made up before it even started. In what world is it good for a toddler to go from Texas to Pennsylvania every 4 months changing her surroundings completely.

At our custody hearing last year, the judge already had his mind made up. The hearing was supposed to be from 9-330 he cut it off at lunch.. she got to testify majority of the time while I got like the 20 min. Totally corrupt.

Right Lmao as soon as I found out I cut the overtime i was doing. They go based off you’re last 6 checks so I had missed work just to make the number lower.

This is it. It’s because we technically have 50/50 custody and I make more, so I have to pay child support. Even if she technically isn’t even allowed to just up and leave according to the same state( Pennsylvania) it’s all corrupt and makes 0 sense.

I live in Pennsylvania, she now lives in Texas. But we both lived together here in pa. And we had the baby here. She went to see her family in Texas and just never came back..
