Used to live on the upper east side, hosted all the time. Moved in with Ex, broke up, ended up in Queens in a shit hole. Could theoretically host but not a great idea. I learned quick that women LOVE to host IF they can. Eventually deduced its anxiety. Women are so anxious post pandemic, they want to be at home to assuage the anxiety.
