2	What is a man suppose to do here? This is clearly a case of assault and there are a few things a victim can do. Number 1, try to get away. While it may not always be safe to run, as this can provoke some abusers more, if you can escape safely, do so. One way to increase your ability to get away is to loosen your grip on the abuser or their clothing. It may seem counter-intuitive, but it is nearly impossible to get to a safe distance if you maintain a strong grip on their outfit.
