There’s also a lot of new devices hitting the market. Take a look[Restoring Resources](www.restoringmenlifecoaching.com/foreskin-restoration-resources) | /r/MensRights | 31/03/21 08:59 PM |

Single Father looking for advice from similar men ..First my condolences for hooking up with a BPD woman. I made that same mistake and the woman has fucked my life up for more than 20 years. Every time I think I've gotten rid of her, she manages to weasel her way back in some how. So hang in there. It's a long hard ride. But what I did when I was a single father was create partnerships with single moms who also needed time away from the kiddos. I'd be the Kool-Aid house for a weekend and host a dozen kids. Hard work, but then one of the other mom… | /r/askTRP | 26/01/21 10:12 PM
Is this a shit test, how to proceed ?In my humble opinion, she sounds like a woman who can stir up a lot of trouble for you. I try to avoid trouble as much as possible. | /r/askTRP | 14/01/21 01:38 PM
Sadly fathers are often portrayed very badly in the media (bumbling idiots who need wife to sort them out). Here is a take on "The 12 Best Film And TV Dads Of All Time" - what do you think? Do you agree?I think Walking Dead and Jericho have some good father role models. | /r/MensRights | 30/12/20 01:05 PM
How do I motivate myself to quit being fat and lazy? The comments below are not wrong, but there might be more to it than that. My experience as a therapist and life coach has shown me that unless you have something you are working FOR, nothing you do to work against (i.e., too much weight, low motivation, etc.) a thing will really work. Here is how you might frame the problem: I want to be attractive to hot girls. I want to be great at my job. I want to think quickly and be sharp-minded. Okay. Targets are set, now how do you hit them? Well, in or… | /r/askTRP | 29/12/20 11:42 PM
Trying to look for therapy for social anxiety and growth as a person, any advice?Therapists are trained to identify mental illness and required by insurance to diagnose you with a mental illness in order to get paid. That generally means many of them approach you as a person who is sick and needs to be healed. A life coach may have all the same training (or may not have any training at all) but will approach you as a person who is struggling with an issue or two and just needs guidance to move through an obstacle. Unfortunately, the insurance system generally won't pay for l… | /r/askTRP | 29/12/20 11:11 PM
Lonely places when life is goodJust from what I can glean from your post, it sounds like you have a lot of positive going on but not so much balance. In my experience as a therapist and life coach, I see men who are high-functioning like you get deep into their heads and lose touch with an outside perspective. When someone attempts to provide an outside perspective, though, these men can get defensive and use all their reading to explain or justify why they're stuck. Many of the self-help books describe it as "analysis paraly… | /r/askTRP | 29/12/20 09:25 PM
What is a true measure of success in life?Hey man! What I love most about life is that we each get to choose our own paths, navigate obstacles and decide at the end of our lives whether we did anything worth doing. I assume you're fairly young. In that case, you can take a look at what you like to do, what you're already pretty good at and how hard you're willing to work to achieve other things. Once you commit to a plan, the Universe will laugh and throw you a curve ball. Adapt. Overcome. Create new plan. At the beginning of each day, … | /r/askTRP | 29/12/20 08:34 PM
Trying to look for therapy for social anxiety and growth as a person, any advice?Sounds to me like you know what's wrong and you're just about ready to start working on a better you. I like it! 2021 is your year to turn the corner man. | /r/askTRP | 29/12/20 08:22 PM
Trying to look for therapy for social anxiety and growth as a person, any advice?Therapist and life coach here. Look for a therapist who helps you build a plan that you can work on together. I've heard so many men come to therapy saying they just went each week and chatted with their therapist. While that might be helpful for some, it seems like an inefficient use of your time and money. In my experience, a better approach is to have a treatment plan with specific tasks that you can tick off as you achieve them. Male or female? If you've had more progress with male therapist… | /r/askTRP | 29/12/20 08:17 PM
Can We Talk About “Toxic Femininity” Yet?Nope! They’ll call child protective services on you for some random shit and you’ll never see your kids again. Then she’ll say you’re a dirtbag dad because you don’t see your kids. | /r/MensRights | 24/12/20 12:20 AM

I wish i wasn’t circumcisedYou’re not alone. There’s many more of us who are upset about losing part of our bodies against our will. | /r/MensRights | 21/12/20 02:30 PM
Question for anyone who has dealt with being falsely accusedOh yes and also be prepare to support him financially. If he ever crosses someone at work and they become aware of the allegation, they’ll use it to get him fired. I wish that wasn’t true, but in this new America we live in, compassion doesn’t exist. | /r/MensRights | 08/02/18 05:29 PM
Question for anyone who has dealt with being falsely accusedSadly no matter how much support you give his life is forever tarnished. Now that one allegation is out there, he’s always vulnerable to more because now anyone who wants to destroy him has a very large hammer they can use any time they want to use it. It’s the “where there’s smoke, there’s fire” phenomenon. But what can you do? Be his safe harbor. His social life is over, so he has few places to go for social support. And recognize this tarring and feathering is permanent. Don’t try to convince… | /r/MensRights | 08/02/18 05:22 PM
Does anyone feel like #metoo wants to criminalize male behavior? The ultimate weapon, though, is to accuse a man of being a pedophile. For a wrongly accused man There is literally no defense or coming back from that. “Where there’s smoke, there must be fire” and children are too precious to take a risk of letting a man into their lives who “might” be a molester. | /r/MensRights | 30/01/18 10:19 AM
The misogyny of #MeToo | The rage against Katie Roiphe exposes feminism’s hatred of women.Would it also be appropriate then for someone to create a “Shitty Women” list where men can recount the horrors of being wrongly accused with no recourse to fix the damage done to their lives? | /r/MensRights | 11/01/18 07:25 PM
