Yeah I have a feeling she will be hanged in the street. Throughout the article they quote numerous sources from the Iraqi army saying she was boasting about having killed Iraqi soldiers, had weapons and explosives with her, etc. It sounds to me like they are trying to make the case to Germany and the (western) public/media that this isn't your average 16 year old tricked into sex slavery; she's a cold blooded killer.

This is great. The only thing I don't understand is, how was she able to hide her wealth and still get welfare? I've never been on it, but I assumed they did credit checks, employment history, tax history etc. How was she able to get it in the first place!? I find it quite hilarious that the only way the government found out they were being duped was because she posted all of her lavish endeavors on facebook. I mean even her linkedin said she was a wealthy and successful business woman. So odd.

Wouldn't that be left up to the people in the agreement? IANAL but I would think that you would be able to make it last the entire marriage. I'm sure laws are different everywhere, but that is what I would assume. Only having it for ten years would only make me want a divorce at year 9, just in case she's sticking around for her pension check.
