Yes they give you 1 boost a month. I find rewind helpful as i miss swipe both left and right a lot. And I super like girls I like but think are slightly less attractive than me. I would say, investing 100$ in headshots is probably a better investment but I haven't done it yet. Being in a big city, boosting once a month is about right. If I lived in a city with under a million people I doubt enough new women would sign up in a 4 mile radius to make it worthwhile.
