4	Help! I feel like I am being discriminated against at my job because I am male. Please verify I am not crazy. About that first point, while I can't guarantee this (since I don't know your state, etc) I can say with SOME surety that they're breaking the law. The law in NY is by calendar week, so, if you're working 6, eight hour, shifts PER CALENDAR WEEK, you're employer owes you overtime for that week, end of story. 2	My soon to be ex-wife just had my pride and joy towed out of my garage. Recourses? Get a criminal defense attorney and a private investigator. Here is how I suggest this thing goes down: 1.) Get a defense attorney, ASAP and tell him/her the story. 2.) Say you're going to turn yourself in for punching your wife. 3.) Call the cops about the stolen title and admit to hitting your wife. 4.) Here is when things get tricky, you're probably going to jail. Its not a good outcome, but, you committed a crime and you gotta pay for it... I'm not remarking on whether that is a problem (it isn't), but rather that is just what happens. Likewise, it is far more likely that girls get earrings at a younger age than males (girls typically in the tweens, males in later teens). -1	When equality law benefits men, women try to get around it I'm not saying insurance is perfect. Let's be honest here, the entire premise of insurance is that life ISN'T perfect. Another thing to realize here, it can never be 'fair' to everybody. Regulated insurance just bumps up costs for those who are statistically cheaper to insure. Lets face it, men are more likely to get involved in serious car accidents. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, or that women are superior drivers, just that men, statistically speaking, are more expensive to insure due to more expensive claims. 3	There is "Nudity" and "Male Nudity" in movies, as if the second one is somehow more offensive. I think female nudity has more of a presence in art, whereas (especially in Jackass 3D) male nudity is just for the sake of getting naked on screen.
