Pets, TV shows, movies, family. A great standby when there is an awkward silence is, "Whats your favorite ice cream?" The only real goal is is to find something you both want to talk about. If there is chemistry, relax and you will find it.

Talk about traveling. Not just the places but the people you met. What did it sound like? Smell like? What did it mean to you? Don't talk about traveling unless you have been to interesting places. Let her do most the talking

I was joking for the most part. But if you are stuck with a date and she endlessly drones on about how other girls are bitches and how cute cats are, then yes, drinking will help.

There is no harm if you keep it friendly/professional. But as we all know, friendly doesn't generate gina tingles, otherwise BP men would be drowning in pussy. These are customers that he may see over and over again. Laying the groundwork is a good tactic. He doesn't ask them to the movies on the first conversation. The goal is to start a report that can be leveraged, either in the store or as a familiar face in the neighborhood. At worst he would get fired I'm sure That will only happen if he's…

Genuinely want to talk to them For me, thats number 1. If you are truly interested, it shows. If you are not interested than find some common ground or just get really drunk

Ive had long term relationships with 4 or 5 girls I've worked with without problems. The only secret is NEVER do it just to get laid. Let the relationship develop over time.. very slowly. You don't ask them out until you are certain they are interested and you believe they have long-term potential. Be honest. If it looks like you are going to start dating have the conversation "How will we handle this at work" I would never let a good woman slip through my hands because of a job. Just be honest,…

If he keeps conversation short and cordial and not a creeper than whats the harm? There is a huge gap between pissing off a woman and being friendly to some that may frequent the store. AND It's only a grocery store, not like a career at a major law firm. If he's a good worker than he'd get a reprimand at worst. Holy hell! A good woman is certainly worth it!!!!

I'd concentrate on "regulars". Start taking note of the ones you like. There will be girls in the neighborhood that stop by after school, working out, etc. Find a reason to cross their path and just break the ice by asking if the are finding everything they need. Careful though because they may just stop and talk to you because you work there. Don't be a creeper. Keep conversations short, friendly with eye contact. If they are interested, next time they may look for you when they come in the sto…

Your odds greatly increase when you surround yourself with people you feel good about. If your group has positive energy, you will motivate each other. Its natural to feel uncomfortable approaching others if you're out with co-workers but if you are out with you're friends maybe you should work on getting friends that are more supportive. Friends that are girls can be your best ally

I've had good luck with English girls because they say American men are more open, forward and engaging. Ask how their day went, take an interest in them. Sounds obvious but I've heard English girls say that they love American men because British guys tend to get overly drunk, talk to their "mates" and paw the women when it's time to go home while American guys work harder for the attention. I've heard it from 3 different English girls! The most important thing to do is read up on English curren…
