I wouldn't bother debating those dimwits, I did when I was in college. It didn't help or change anyone's mind, never was proved wrong but all I got was becoming ostracized. Facts are misogyny and that's all they care about.

My wife made tea for me when I was tapering down from lunesta, I don't know which kind. I know they're okay to take, but I just didn't want to be dependent on something else. I think the mindset was the problem, I always looked for something else to solve my problems, so I kept replacing x prescription for this other thing that worked well for a while and then I was back to square one. Do what you have to do to get to the point of sleeping and waking up at the same time. This should roughly take…

I was pretty much the same, except I would go days without sleeping. I was prescribed heavy sedative-hypnotics, took me about 2 years to taper down to trazadone. My advice, be consistent with your sleep, cut down on caffeine, exercise in the morning and if you still have energy lift weights in the evening. Another thing that I had to do was change careers, a good part of my problems came from my high stress career. It is doable, I had severe sleeping problems for about 8 years of my adult life. …

Not only that but they have to start families with women that potentially don't have any adult skills.
