As a male nurse, I’ve always felt gaslighted. All of my female coworkers have nothing positive to say about the profession. Every time I hear them complain I’m always dumbfounded because I couldn’t be happier.

Yeah, there’s so much variability between employers. Also, I know I’m still new so I haven’t been burnt out. That being said, I like it when I’m the only guy because I know I automatically can do something that no one else can. I don’t have the most experience or clinical knowledge yet so I find that I can trade my services for help when I need it down the line.

Dude, I tell all my friends to go back to school for nursing. It’s secure, there’s no other job with as much flexibility, and the pay is awesome. My first year out of school I made 95k with minimal overtime. As a travel nurse now my contract is 3.3k a week with almost half of that in the form of an untaxable stipend. It’s a great gig. This has not been my experience. I’ve been a nurse for over 2 years now and I’m a pretty big guy. That being said, I usually volunteer myself whenever a large patient needs to be moved or has fallen. It takes almost zero effort for me to hoist a downed patient off the floor as opposed to 3 of my female coworkers. I look at it as an opportunity. I can do what no one else on the floor can and it costs me little effort or energy while making me extremely valuable.

If you have a resmed you can download the information off the sd card in the cpap and upload the info to the cpap sub and people will let you know if there has been a significant change regarding the cpaps effects. Beyond that you need to see a doctor. Another obvious guess would be low T. You need blood work done.

I went back to school for nursing at 26 for an accelerated program and my only regret in life is not choosing this path straight out of high school. Nursing is objectively a great career. This is something I’m very passionate about. Steroids, LIKE ALL DRUGS, are not safe when abused. You could kill yourself with Tylenol.
