For taking and sharing private photos? That’s an exaggeration. Likely outcome is a fine and gross misdemeanor. Would only reach felony level with repeat offense or other special circumstances, and even then the absolute maximum sentence would be less than 10 years.

Of course we do. My point is that talking about rights is pointless because no one is implying anyone doesn’t have rights. Saying “men are within their right to reject you” is just a way of framing the situation to imply the woman thinks men should not be allowed to do that, which is not true.

We can agree to disagree then. I also think it’s being a dumb ass. Again I’m not saying it’s sexism to want someone with a lower body count in every situation, but in general, if you look down on only women but not men with the same number, that’s sexism to me. Similarly, if you think men always need to pick up the check or else they aren’t good men, that’s also sexism.

It goes into expecting more from your partner than you expect from yourself. I’m not talking about the guys that want a woman with little sexual experience to match themselves. I’m talking about guys that whore around themselves, see no problem with it, and then look down on women that do the same. You can call it a preference, but it’s also sexism. I would say the same about a woman that looked down on men for not being rich, but then refused to work herself. Yes it’s her preference to only go …

Most sexual people have the herpes virus in their system, but never show symptoms. If you’re really that scared you can just look to see if the person you’re with has an outbreak. HPV is so asymptotic in men that they don’t even test for it. Plus there is a vaccine. Plus your body can heal itself from it. HIV is a scary one, but I’ve known gay guys with MUCH higher body counts that are negative, so assuming she has HIV is silly. The rest go away easily with antibiotics. Thinking that sleeping wi…

Inherently, what you describe is not sexism and not every guy that wants a less experienced woven is sexist, but you can’t deny that a double standard exists. Men can easily get by with a higher body count, and are called whores much less than women with similar experiences are. It’s sexist when you judge each gender on a different scale. If that’s not you, then great, but it’s undeniable that women and men are treated differently based on their sexual history.

Everyone has basic rights and free will. My point is what’s the point of the original comment? No one is debating anyones rights here. It’s just a nothing statement meant to imply that the woman doesn’t think men should be allowed to reject her, when in actuality its just someone feeling sad about her situation.

Big cities are a thing. Everyone I know is okay with their partner having had sex with someone else before meeting them.

The last sentence really exemplifies the problem I have with the reactions. Because she’s had a lot of sex she’s automatically an STD-petri dish and mentally unstable. It’s one thing if her values just don’t match up with yours, but characterizing her like that is a huge assumption.

I see comments making fun of women with height requirements all the time. I mean, it is what it is and people can have their preferences, but I think it bothers people when a man/woman has extremely rigid rules and puts them out there in a way that characterizes anyone not following them as sub par people. Like there’s a difference between writing “I prefer someone with similar sexual experience and values as me” and writing “I’m not getting with the neighborhood bicycle”

What’s wrong with feeling bad about having trouble finding someone? Most people have those feelings at some point in their lives. It would be one thing if she did something objectively immoral, like “no one loves me because I cheat on all my boyfriends!” but all she did was have sex with 58 people.. her values just don’t match with the guys she’s pursuing. Doesn’t come off as narcissistic to me

I’m trying to imagine your proposed situation… you’re walking home with your husband and this drunk guy that you slept with years ago turns the corner. He drunkenly tells your husband that you two fucked once, and the husband is so appalled that he dumps the girl. And the girl is the idiot in this situation? What?

I think that saying that sleeping with 58 people implies that that’s all she has to offer is the root of the problem I have with this comment section. She has little value outside of being a whore. We just don’t have enough information to make that judgement. I hate to go back to the double standard, but how do people react to this number for a man? Is he just a fuck boy and undateable forever? (Serious question)
/r/PussyPassDenied26/07/22 04:52 AM

I feel like we are talking past each other or are reacting to different content. I don’t even disagree with what you are saying. People usually can’t escape their insecurities, which is why I said it is understandable. I think people also tend to look for similarity in a partner, which is why similar sexual experiences could be a factor. What I’m reacting to is this comment section calling her a whore and implying this woman (who lets be honest, this is probably a fake post anyway) has no value …
/r/PussyPassDenied26/07/22 04:43 AM

So because she’s slept with 58 guys in her entire life, you assume she uses sex as self harm and is having multiple orgies. You write her off as a degraded whore. Thanks for proving my point.
/r/PussyPassDenied26/07/22 04:25 AM

I disagree. The reason it’s called a complex is because this happens with the same person. They sexually desire the whore but they can’t respect or love her. They love the Madonna, but can’t sexually desire her, unless they re-categorize her as a whore, and then the love goes away. In case anyone thinks I’m describing all men, I am absolutely not. Most people are not like this. But comments like one on here saying a woman’s value is her body count really give me those vibes and I think it’s lame…

The fact that you are reducing her to the neighborhood bicycle is my point. It’s immature to see a person’s sexual history as black and white indication of their value as a person. It’s fine to have preferences and it’s understandable to want to go for someone with little experience, but IMO that desire is rooted in insecurity and is therefore immature. Also, her number is 58, not 580… The Madonna whore complex is a psychological theory about categorizing women as one or the other and how it inf…

This doesn’t belong here. The sub is supposed to be about women expecting unfair advantages due to their gender and not getting it, but this is literally just slut shaming for no good reason. I’m a guy and I’ve had more than 58 at that age. I feel zero guilt, and neither should she.

If this was a single occupancy bathroom in a restaurant or something, the woman has a right to feel uncomfortable, and likely has nothing to do with her gender identity or “woke politics.” People seem to be making a lot of assumptions in here. She’s not a bad actress actually. The scenario is fucked and fake though. Cheating is terrible but what kind of person raises a baby for 3 years and all the sudden says I get her the fuck out of my house EDIT: admittedly her acting comes off as very fake and unnatural, but I thought it was at least semi believable in the sense that people act fake when they know they’re being recorded for social media to convince everyone they’re so so happy.

I disagree. Her position was that society is dominated by men. It doesn’t really matter if the problems are caused by women or not. If all she wanted to prove was that the wealthiest people on the planet tend to be more male than female, she’d have a point, but she’s only looking at a small and specific percentage of the population and using it to generalize about the entire population.

She didn’t lose though. The settlement was kept private. £140M is the number the two will split, not how much the ex husband was paid. People were misreading headlines. Also even if she did lose I can’t find any source that says that’s the reason

Yes the info in the image is very wrong. Likely the product of a twitter user who only reads headlines (poorly) and doesn't understand currency symbols. If you treat it as a hypothetical though, seeing different people's reactions is kind of interesting.
/r/PussyPassDenied27/07/20 03:02 PM
-19

So... this headline is pretty trash and even if it's based on incorrect information (details of the settlement were kept private), the reactions people had were real. The person who wrote this article does a terrible job at hiding their agenda. That said, everyone is saying Adele hid assets and that's why she is being punished. AFAIK this is a completely baseless rumor, especially considering no one knows who was awarded what. Can someone please point me to the source of the hiding assets story?…
/r/PussyPassDenied27/07/20 02:53 PM
2

This is incorrect. Adele was made to split 140M pounds (or roughly $190M at the time, numbers aren't exact..) with her husband. The amount he actually received was never disclosed to the public. There is no evidence of hiding assets, and even if there was, there is no evidence she was punished for it. What is real though, is the ridiculous feminist reactions shown in this article, even if it's based on false information.
/r/PussyPassDenied27/07/20 02:40 PM
1

He doesn’t. He actually wasn’t even awarded that. That is the amount they are supposedly splitting (except that’s in pounds, not dollars). The rumor mill really went off the rails with this story
/r/PussyPassDenied27/07/20 02:19 PM

I’m not disagreeing with you but for context they do have a kid and the husband also comes from money and is pretty wealthy in his own. Not international pop star numbers, but still.

/r/PussyPassDenied27/07/20 01:32 PM

It is too much. It also is the amount they are splitting, not the amount he was paid. Some people on Twitter only (mis)read headlines and make posts about it.
/r/PussyPassDenied27/07/20 01:29 PM

How?? It would only be a good example if she ( A ) hid assets, ( B ) was punished for it. As far as we know neither of these things happened. The amount he got in the settlement is completely private and I highly doubt it’s 3/4s.
/r/PussyPassDenied27/07/20 01:20 PM

I’ve been googling Adele hide assets trying to find an old article but can’t. Not saying it doesn’t exist, just saying I can’t find it. Considering that this image is using incorrect numbers and the details of the divorce were kept private, I’m inclined to believe the hiding assets thing was just tabloid gossip trying to explain an incorrect conclusion. Willing to be shown otherwise though.

Any source? Haven’t seen anything about her hiding assets beyond Reddit comments
/r/PussyPassDenied27/07/20 04:09 AM

While it’s true that this is false, they are splitting £140M, not $140M. She is worth about $190M. Whoever made that tweet didn’t understand currency signs. It should be noted this is only according to the article this tweet was based off of. There are many other articles out there giving a bunch of different numbers so it’s hard to say exactly what is accurate. One thing most articles had in common though is that the ruling will be private, so we may never know the exact numbers.
/r/PussyPassDenied27/07/20 03:47 AM

I thought the only people that hated Adele were overweight “bodypositive” types after she got thin. What else do people have against her? I’m legit curious
/r/PussyPassDenied27/07/20 03:35 AM
2

The thing is he’s not getting 3/4s at all. The ruling will be private so anyone saying he’s getting that much is misunderstanding headlines. They see “Adele’s £140M divorce!!” and think that means the husband gets $140M. People say she hid assets but I don’t see any actual evidence of that and even if she did, we don’t know if it affected the ruling because the ruling will be private. If there was a valid reason that would be one thing, but considering that this ruling isn’t even real and everyo…
/r/PussyPassDenied27/07/20 03:25 AM
-5

Because 3/4s is not a fair ruling but people here are getting weird revenge boners. Also side note, this is not the actual ruling and just someone misunderstanding numbers on Twitter
/r/PussyPassDenied27/07/20 03:11 AM
7

Why do people keep posting this? The info in this tweet is fake as hell. If that was the case it would be a ridiculous ruling, but the numbers are completely wrong anyway EDIT: According to the article that this tweet used as a source, the judge determined Adele was worth £140M (or $190M). That amount will be split between the two privately. They specifically requested that the ruling not be made public so we don’t and probably will never know how much he got.
/r/PussyPassDenied27/07/20 02:55 AM

Pretty sure these numbers are fake, the settlement wasnt going to be made public. 140M is the amount they will use to split between the two Edit: she's worth 140M euro, or 190M USD. This amount will be split and the details will not be disclosed to the public. This tweet is fake news
