While one could argue that both require belief, science is rooted in the scientific method of testing and repeating results. Religion is not. As a nurse with basic biology knowledge that just makes zero sense to me. That's not how meiosis/cell division works. 2	Trends To Ditch In 2017! This is pretty nitpicky but the term "self care." I've seen it a lot on social media last year and my friends are all picking it up. I work a stressful shift work job and my one friend always tells me "I hope you're practicing self care on your days off." It just seems way too fluffy for me. A murder takes away a man's entire life, but the murderer doesn't always get their entire life in jail. A violent assault could take away 20 years of someone's life due to chronic conditions and injuries, but the assaulter generally doesn't get 20 years in jail.
