There is a study that shows people misperceive egalitarianism as misogny . riiight, I think I know exactly which study you're talking about. And no, that study also showed that benevolent sexism is more often called out in women than men. So in some ways, I guess women are also held to a higher standard? :)

recommend pedestalizing women Do they? I often find that it's the opposite. Do you have examples to back this up? The "pedestalizing" of women aka female purity/"women are wonderful" is benevolent sexism. One of the many things feminists advocate is anti slut-shaming (i.e. stop holding women to unreasonable sexual standards) and better portrayal of women in the media (i.e. women portrayed as normal people with flaws instead of perfect one-dimensional beings on a pedestal).

while being partially accurate How often do you settle for being partially accurate? Maps? Paychecks? HIV diagnoses? It's funny how some TRPers are willing to purposefully settle for less than the truth. It's like even part of TRP knows how fucking absurd the sub can be and ate trying to justify it with "muh self-improvement advice" The point is that it's completely possible to get self improvement advice without succumbing to the misogynistic ramblings.

Lol, a bit edgy mate, no? 99% of people are useless, worthless, and lazy. And what makes you so different? What was your last great contribution to society? Women shouldn't be placed on a pedestal. They are just people. And like all people, they want what is best for themselves. It's a little arrogant to think yourself somehow above or superior to this. Most people aren't.

This. It's tinder truth that applies to people who use tinder. Tinder is full of shallow slutty people who wants to fuck (and fuck efficiently), male and female. I mean, nothing wrong with being slutty, but let's not pretend it's something groundbreaking or over extrapolate, shall we?

I think the infiltration goes both ways and is largely a product of curiosity. For example, if you look at homosexual communities, there are actually just as many, if not more instances of men who "pretend" to be lesbians than vice versa, no?

Yes, we want guys out there to sleep with tons of women and not marry sluts who are past their prime but we don't want to raise angry sociopaths either. Forgive me, but what exactly is the definition of "sluts"? If every guy is sleeping with tons of women, and there are equal numbers of men and women... wouldn't most women be "sluts"? I suppose the solution is to simply not get married. To actually respond to your post, I kind of get what you mean. The the Elliot Rodger anger, the feeling that w…

about how he restricted the press and how he controlled freedom of speech The three countries are very different, though. Singapore is a city state, their needs are more homogenous, but they are also a very small country that can't afford to fight amongst themselves. Nazi Germany is a smaller country than America by magnitudes and the most culturally homogenous country of the three. On the other hand, America consists of 50 states and encompass a wide variety of people from different cultures an…
