So she got her pass. There's should be a criminal penalty for making such threats.

That was my first thought at the headline too.

I don't think most women, or men for that matter, wax philosophic about the blatant hypocrisy at work. Women just push it because of the results.

Hi, I'm a survivor of a false rape allegation, and sincerely, from my soul, right back at you.

It looks like you might have some rage issues, might want to work on that.

She attempted a conspiracy to destroy his life and got a year in prison. What she did is as bad as someone attempting rape on someone and the victim getting away. Would someone who got convicted of attempted forcible rape only get a year? Nope.

Monstrous organizations that advocate for more women to see themselves as victims. "he never called me like he said he would after we had sex. What a prick" "sounds you were raped" "I didn't think so at the time, but since they didn't call me the next day, I guess I was."

They're strong enough to take on combat roles in the military, but they are too weak to defend themselves so should be off limits from male attack. By that logic we need to drop leaflets into combat zones like Syria kindly informing the male enemies that some of our soldiers are women so they aren't allowed to attack them.

Why don't the women take a similar pledge to never ever hit a man? I've heard of men hitting women. Ive literally SEEN women on a fairly regular basis hit a man in public as he just raises his arms to block it the best they can and take it. If you want to talk about pathetic, drunk girlfriends beating on their boyfriends because it's socially acceptable like petulant little girls is the definition.

What If a woman is running at you with a knife and you have no escape route? Let her stab you so you don't inflict your privilege?

I never said it isn't her choice but there should be a legal obligation to inform the father so they can have that information for their own emotional state as well as consideration as to whether to stay in the relationship. Your saying men should be forced to provide for the child if kept but shouldn't be informed of the decision to have the abortion. Thats giving men half the responsibility but none of the respect that should come with that responsibility and also implies they aren't worthy of…

So the woman should only tell the man because it helps the woman emotionally? If you believe both of the mother of the father bear the responsibility for the child it's hypocritical to think men don't deserve to process the knowledge of an abortion emotionally and intellectually. Do you think men generally don't care about such things?

Now you're just mudslinging. I never said I was mad which you labeled me, now I'm not "mature." what have I labeled you in this discourse?

Isn't it arrogant to assume men are ignorant to what rape is but women all know? Should such unknown information be mandatory for women to sit through as well clearly outlining what Is and isn't rape? Some women need to learn that revoking their clear sober consent the day after consensual sex doesn't mean they were raped last night, for example. Only one group hearing not to do bad things is patronizing, you really don't see that?

Based on that reasoning no woman should be offended if they are forced to attend "teach women not to file false rape accusations" classes, as many women have been proven to have done that and even admitted to doing that . I think that would be completely offensive to women, personally. That's how mandatory "don't rape" classes and campaigns make me feel as a man. Why is one ok but not the other? (I'm pretty sure neither are ok)

Agreed, at those levels an individual is just collecting money for the sole purpose of collecting money which sucks fluidity out of the economy which is a big part of our economic instability to begin with. It doesn't in and of itself make the person wrong, it just makes them an asshole. Exhibit A and B: Mel Gibson and his ex.

The only person who deserves 400 million in the first place is the hypothetical individual who singlehandedly saves the human race from an extinction level event. It's more money than an individual could ever reasonably spend.

Wait so you're saying you can steal your neighbour's Ferrari at 13, crash it into a fountain in the square as you jump out, and then attempt to walk out of your favorite store with an armful of comics and porn, and, after the initial police apprehension, all you u have to do is deal with your parents wrath for a few months? Speaking for my inner child, That. Is. AWESOME!

And next on the docket: A 8 month old baby boy charged for sexual assault for yanking at his babysitter's blouse and trying to suckle without the victim's consent. /s Ridiculous you say? Why is a prepubescent 6 year old being held to adult standards less so? If he should have the ability and responsibility under threat of prosecution to act like a responsible adult he should also have had the right to vote, and drink, and drive...

Wait, I'm confused, did you rape them before or after your brother got there?
