Outside of the university setting, I've been chased by girls in their mid-20s. They're also much more direct. 1	How exercise helps your game in more than one way Working out is also a great date idea (read: hiking, a walk, etc.) and really makes you seem more high value. 3	Don't. Fap. I'm 10 days in! My urges to fap have been reduced to only in the morning when I wake up. I cant quite explain it, but I think I've steadily increased my aggression in my activities and become much more active in school and the gym/athletics.
