I'm 34 and I feel the same way. Best way I've come up with is to allot certain days for certain activities. I game pretty hard on my PC for 3-4 hours at a time on weeknights sometimes. Other nights I'll work on my drawings and get some exercise in. I'm only about a 15min drive from work so that's nice. Wish I could give a better answer.

I usually just have dinner most days and sometimes small snack at lunch, just almonds and maybe an apple/banana. It's kinda boring but dinner for me usually is cubed sweet potatoes baked for 30min and a big bowl of spinach with a couple of eggs. Sometimes throw in a chicken breast but not every night. You'll definitely notice changes after 6-8 months of sticking with it. Keep it up.

Think I had an NES first, then SNES, Genesis, PS1, N64, Dreamcast, PS2, PS3, PS4. Fav game ever was probably Final Fantasy 7 (cliche i know). Currently playing Dota 2, have almost 3k hours on it, played since 1st version of Dota 1 years ago. Used to play tons of Counterstrike, actually won a few small tournaments in college and made some money. Really into fighting games so DBZF mostly right now and also Octopath Traveler on Switch.

GJ dude. I'm 6'1" and have hovered around 200lbs for the past 10yrs or so. Hit the gym myself a lot more this year than any other. Haven't really lost much weight but definitely have gained muscle. Usually go for an hour walk during lunch each day. Gym routine is pretty basic, just the holy trinity of squats/deadlifts/bench about 3-4 times a week.
