To add to your first point... Do some sort of mobility work. Stretching, yoga, whatever. Yoga gets eye rolls from most men, but it's worked wonders. "Mobility WOD" is really good, but is essentially just a yoga variant. I'm 30+ with a physical job, still play rugby and train weights like 5/6 times a week. But having added a few 20mins yoga sessions focusing on shoulders and hips has been a game changer for longevity

I think this is really important. It doesn't even matter at all who is better or who is stronger or even the quality of the games. All that matters for pay is the profit that X sport makes, by whatever gender. The more profit it makes the more businesses will pay players.

No, you misunderstood. It gets thrown about a lot that "woman don't have an advantage" at school. But once it was marked blind (ie without any visual association or personal relationships) women did worse. Is is it a: the blind markers are anti-woman, or b: the visual association and personal relationships are an advantage to woman? I know what you're saying. But I would say using the median average is more applicable because real world high and low outliers are used when judging people's appearance.

Surely 50% of people are below average and 50% above average? I agree though that people aren't realistic and I think people aren't honest with themselves. Eg. I'm a 10/10 I deserve a 10/10 partner...actually youre a 6 and you're being unrealistic expecting a 10
