Nobody's sneaking up on girls dude. And in a club where the music is too loud you can't speak there are actually not many alternatives. Dancing with the girl (holding hands) is weird and dancing near the girl or facing her won't get you anywhere

Didn't get the point of the video. He mentions adding value to her, --how can you add value to her on a beach when your are approaching by yourself her whole friend group.
