It is not about sex, my friend. It is about feeling valued and desired that I need. Sex is easily supplemented by a hooker but a true romance is not. Thing is, even for a LTR you need to meet a very high looks threshold( same as for hookups). This is my problem, I never felt the need to jump from woman to woman. Considering how many truly awful people are in relationships, I am not sure why I am the one struggling. Downvote me if you want. I am done with this sub.

I am afraid I am a far better judge of myself than an internet person.

Optimism is flawed because you expect things that may not happen whereas logical thinking is rarely inaccurate. Also logic does not help in getting dates but it does help in determining whether something is worth the cost of getting.

Your observations are invalid. I only treat people like they treat me. Women constantly mocked me for being myself while the people who bullied me were idealized. Yes, I hate men who had more luck in the gene pool. It would be illogical of me to NOT hate them. I will never be better than them and I cannot accept it. Btw is stating my experience misoginistic? Maybe you just don't like it when someone exposes the ill deeds of women. Finally, you should consider the option that my loathsome feeling…

If you don't have people trying to please you then you are not truly good looking. Don't send me pictures, I am not interested in seeing you. Pretty privilege is an existing thing, just observe others. A good looking person will be instantly liked by everyone, even if he is not a likeable personality. An average or ugly person will need to constantly prove his worth to others and he even gets called insecure for it. Funny you mention your average friends. Maybe you vastly underestimate their app…

It was an objective assessment. I knew these men for a long time. They called all women(even their girlfriends) whores, they bullied weaker men and barely passed through school. Yet women liked them to bits. Don't tell me you would think they are good people because they are absolutely not. This was highschool but they didn't change a bit since then. Optimism is for fools, logical thinking is more beneficial. Btw I have a few friends with whom I get along, I don't need Mr. Chad who's usually jus…

It happened to me actually. But I don't expect sympathy from your kind. I don't have any for yours either.

Wrong. If you are attractive in terms of looks, then people will lick your boots and convince themselves that your are charismatic and have good good social skills.(halo effect) You only need to look good and forget about the rest. I have seen more than enough idiots with the personality of a rock who were succesful with women because they looked good. I am perfectly average and yeah, it is impossible to get a relationship. I have accepted it though. No one is worthy of me anyways.

Unlike Horus,I have my eyes intact and I see what kind of men are worshipped. They all have one thing in common: they are taller than me and oftentimes have a muscular physique. Women even forgive these men for being criminals or simply beating up someone defenseless for fun. Funny how serial killers have female fans but the average man is not good enough for you. So do not lecture me about what you think you need. You say X but do Z. Your word is worthless, why should I heed it? I much rather o…

I am okay on my own. Happiness must never come from other people, because most of them are worthless. That being said, quite a lot of women are hypocritical about dating issues and there is nothing else that I despise more than hypocrisy. A homeless, drastically obese women is not the equal of an average, non-overweight guy who's only sin is being short and not having good facial features. The women of this sub would think the two are actually on the same level. Some women may think they are pri…

I would rather kill myself than to go to the gym. I have one life and I will spend it how I see fit. I have no time for things I loathe. Also: if women didn't want me at my worst, they don't deserve me at my best. ;)

Yes, you are logically correct but sexual desire overrides people's minds. I wouldn't give a damn about modern women, they can all rot for all I care but I am still attracted to them. If I could become asexual, everything would be perfect and I could do what I please in my free time. Sexuality is nothing more to me than shackles and a mind prison. I wish these things would be simpler.

It is ironic that women blame porn for making men more rough when it comes to sex but it is these same women who expect men to act like that. Pathetic.

So you have no counter-arguments or anything to back up your titular opinion? Maybe you should try to get over your ego and see the rest of the comment. I didn't say anything offensive, promise. Right now, you seem to be looking for only people who agree with you.

You're wrong about everything. First of all, men who are in relationships watch porn all the time. Their girlfriends may whine about it but they still won't leave them so it is clearly not a dealbreaker for women. Secondly, a lot of men who are unsuccessful in dating were unsuccessful even before watching porn for the first time. Porn is just a tool to relieve yourself of your sexual desires. If you suppress your desires for too long, you'll go mad eventually(for the same reason suppressing your…

You sound like a misandrist femcel. At least that is the vibe I got from your comments. You have a hatred for men, which clouds your judgement. You probably had lots of negative experience with men but you shouldn't be so bitter towards an entire sex. Right now, you are no better than the incels you hate so much. Also, yes, women had no rights back in the time but blame that on the people who were responsible for it. I hardly have anything to do with that since I was born 20 years ago. Lastly, I …

What about intimacy and sex? One might be fine on his/her own but still sometimes have the desire for lust. For most people, serious relationships are the only way to fulfill these needs. Hookups are only for the top x percent of the population. The rest can only rely on longterm relationships. What would you tell these people? Hookups are not for those who are not strikingly attractive(aka look hot and have a strong presence). What could an ugly person do? Go to a prostitute? Kill himself? Well…

If I am being nice to someone, why on Earth would that person feel unwanted? If I like a person, I will try to assist whenever possible, not expecting a reward. For example when I help a lady with her baggage I don't do that to get something for myself, I do it because it is socially and morally the right thing to do. I don't want people to look out for my wishes all the time. If I did something for you, I didn't do it for a reward so stop overthinking the whole thing. You don't owe me anything(…

For some women, yes. But I doubt a religious woman wants an agressive chest-pounding gorilla for a husband. As much as as I am an incel by definition( no luck in romance but I am not part of any online cult) I have to admit that most relstionships I see are not between agressive guys and docile ladies. Most of the couples are similar in temper:yes, there are jerks but their girlfriend is no better than them. The majority of couples seem to be nice to each other. We are talking about personality …

It wouldn't change a thing for most of us. Attractive men have little to no problem getting what they want but an ugly freak like me could never attract anyone, especially on social media. I don't even have a photo of myself on these pages, I use online images in most cases because I don't want people to see and laugh at me. Also: how would this even work? I have never been texted by anyone other than porn site bors but they are fake as Hell. I just don't see a woman approaching a guy (not even o…

By this logic, a serial killer should not be imprisoned because he /she is just an "alpha" who proved his/her superiority over the unfortunate victim. What I am trying to say is: it is easy to invoke this rather social-darwinist quote but if you would be the victim of it, you would try to disprove it as well. Btw if humans are such "animals" as you imply then why should we care about each other? Why are there moral and ethical guidelines for us? Male lions kill the cubs of other males to make th…

I don't actually pursuit them, as it would come off as a desperate attempt at getting laid. I am looking for a serious longterm relationship and I need to see how a woman acts before I would make any move. It is not women's nature that I find scary but rather the realization that it is not enough to be myself, I need to be someone whom others look up to and even envy. I am not a leader type of character, I am more of a support person: I make suggestions and do my best to help but I am bad at lea…

True but I don't have any significant relationship with anyone outside my family(no friendships or romances). If I am likeable then I would still manage to forge at least friendships but I can't even manage to do that. A better way to put it is to say that I am not exciting or attractive in any sense. May I ask something from you: what do people mean when they say they want an exciting partner?

Not ones that I am aware of. There might be video game or board game events and I wouldn't feel alien to participate there but I haven't found one so far. I also thought about trying sports but I dislike most of them(working out and football especially). I was intrigued by trying bouldering(indoors rock climbing which could make me more fit) but I am afraid of heights so nope. I used to somewhat enjoy floorball back in school though. I also enjoy reading books(fantasy and science fiction mainly)…

Thanks, I think I understand now. Actually, I always followed these rules( if a woman mentioned having a boyfriend or straight up meeting hers, I never approached her. I respect a serious relationship and I would hate if someone else would destroy mine too.) Still, I don't feel like a good company. At least its good to know I am not a complete moron in this aspect.

I am awkward and occasionally, my voice cracks for no reason. I also don't know the difference between being friendly and flirty. I also have problems maintaining conversations because I run out of topics(and the rest of my would-be topics are weird and not everyone is interested in those. I could tell funfacts about paleontology or nature but most people I know are not interested in it.Videogames are also a divisive topic.) Overall, I just think I am not a fun person to be around. I can't fake …

I originally wanted to learn about how most women think about men and what is the meaning behind their behavior. Unfortunately, the truth is scarier than any eldritch truth from Lovecraft's many short stories. During my time here I realized that I am a freak and a social cripple in a sense. All the time women were seemingly flirting with me but they were probably just mocking me. I spent years contemplating about my experiences but now I see the truth. Needless to say, I gave up on finding a rom…

Could you give specific examples of how social skills manifest in social interactions? I keep seeing this term thrown around but no one managed to actually describe it to me. Consider me a social cripple, as I know nothing about relationships. I never had genuine connections with anyone. Also please, do not say the usual "it is so complex that it cannot be described with actual terms and examples" bullshit, if it exists then it can be objectively described.

It is hard to tell. Most of the women who said anything that could be signalling attraction were actually just joking or mocking me as I have always been the loser of the class( no matter where I went) whom anyone could bash on. There was one woman who might have actually had something for me but I cannot fathom the reason for her actions. When we first met I was in an elevated mood and I tried to practice how to look confident. I touched her gently but nothing that would be too sexually suggest…
