For period dramas my favorites are North and South (the British mini series), Anne of Green Gables (the original movies), Emma, Pride and Prejudice. As for Kdramas... The ones that had everyone excited this year were Crash Landing on You and It's Okay Not To Be Okay. My personal faves are Scarlet Heart Ryeo and Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms (Chinese fantasy--requires a lot of suspension of belief but the male lead.....
