What helped me in the past is not giving a shit. Whatever they feel about what you said how you said it etc. Just don't give a shit about the outcome. Chances are 30 seconds to 1 minute after a negative interaction with you they'll forget about it. So there's no reason to get worked up on the outcome. I'm not saying be an ass, just be the most unadulterated version of yourself.

I was like this as well... I want to say from my teens up to my early 20s. You're right about the self inflicted misery. I also have something else to add. The people who get annoyed by the negative vibes, perhaps in about two minutes or less they will completely forget about that "annoying asshat" after dealing with said annoying asshat, further negating any reason to condition yourself to be so negative.
