And of course you got downvoted....do these guys also think their moms are gold diggers? Literally every female friend of mine isn't a gold digger, and trust me when I say I have plenty of dough in my pocket When you know who to befriend and who to date, you'll find plenty of non gold diggers

I didn't start the discussion, I explicitly said Saudi and Iranian laws, not Sharia laws, the guy who replied to my comment mentioned Islam not me...I just addressed the video he linked...how is that my fault? And what part of ANY of what I said is shaming men? please tell me and I'll admit it, nowhere in my giant text wall was I shaming men, I just explained the roles of men and women in Islam, I didn't state my own opinion on anything related to men

Sorry forgot to address some of your points " Given that divorce is far less common on those societies " I'm not sure how low the divorce rate here, but there are many reasons for why it isn't higher, mainly lack of economical independence by the woman to be able to ask for a divorce Also in Islamic law, the woman can ask for a "Khile3" which means she has to file a lawsuit to get divorced which the judge can just outright refuse, but only on the condition that she relinquishes both her dowry an…

Lack of action by women to get men is the modus operandi in conservative societies such as the one I live in, here both men and women look down upon women who try seeking out men they like, they expect women to sit at home and wait for the right man to come knocking on their door, and women who go out and seek guys out are considered immoral or seeking out immoral actions...and fate here is a very big principle due to it being a fundamental part of Islam, hence women believe their meeting their …

As a guy I get told to be like this by most of my guy friends too, many of them told me to leave my ex cause I was too young to be shackled to a girl or get in the prison that is "marriage" Keep in mind that I'm living in Syria not the west, so it's not even "unfair marriage laws" that are the reason so many guys around me have this mentality I know I'm gonna get crucified in this sub for even suggesting this, but both girls and guys today have this anti-settling anti-marriage mentality guys, no…

And that on its own is a bad thing? she's stating outright what she wants, no games no playing around, if some dumb shmuck falls for it so what? it's his fault Also I take back my previous comment, cause after seeing enough of this sub, I realized yes they are flaming her for being a single mom who wants a dad for her son regardless of that picture, women like her are the bread and butter of this sub

Honestly I think 90% of the reasons people are flaming her here for are the filters, otherwise she wouldn't be as much of a flaming material just with the description alone
