75	Scientific proof showing cold showers REDUCES testosterone. If I'm reading this correctly, from the abstract (which is what you're quoting) testosterone is only decreased during the shower. Whether it is increased or decreased overall is not mentioned. Regardless, taking cold showers is good for discipline, if nothing else. There doesn't need to be scientific backing for something to be worthwhile. If it works for someone, I see no reason why they should stop.	/r/seduction	25/11/12 11:30 PM
