I don't know what your nightlife scene is like, but we don't have clubs in my area. You should be able to make casual acquaintances at bars though and chances are they go to clubs too.

Curls for the girls? Dude TRP isn't some set in stone guide you have to follow exactly, it's a philosophy. The philosophy with lifting/fitness is getting off your lazy ass several times a week and doing strenuous physical activity and paying attention to your health. Girls aren't going to care if you have 30 inch quads if you have visible arm muscles and a low body fat. Focus on upper body lifts and cardio.

That quote from comes from the study itself. It's an interesting study and may show a bigger issue that we need to work on as a society but MRA aren't against equality of the genders.
