| – | Monthly GoalsStay serious about tracking my food and maintaining a calorie deficit. Hoping to lose 1-1.5 lbs per week between now and beach trip. Do the chores I hate most at a consistent time every single day. Prevent mess and clutter from building up so I don't get overwhelmed. Fix my hair 5/7 days per week (including at least one weekend day) Maintain a positive attitude and don't make everything into a catastrophe. Treat my attitude and mood just like anything else that requires discipline and practice. | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/07/19 03:51 PM |
| 1 | long lasting nail careI bought my own led gel nail lamp for around $35 on amazon, and it's the best decision I've ever made. Took me awhile to get really good at painting, and I still go to a salon every once in awhile for my cuticles, but it's worked wonders and keeps me from biting/picking at my nails! Also second the SNS/dip suggestions - much healthier for your nails than salon gel. | /r/RedPillWomen | 05/07/19 10:41 PM |
| 1 | Retinol Product for beginners?I love Paula's Choice Skin Recovery antioxidant serum with 1% retinol. I also have dry skin and it doesn't dry me out further/cause peeling like other retinols. I've been using it for a couple of years and my skin looks great, if I do say so myself. | /r/RedPillWomen | 02/05/19 12:58 AM |
| – | What's for dinner?I'm currently cutting calories but trying to do it slowly and consistently. My bf and I are both in graduate school and finals are coming up, so I've been trying to make things that are quick and easy. This week, I realized that ciabatta makes the perfect relatively low-cal pizza base. It's so light and fluffy that I could make a huge pizza with around 5 ounces of the loaf. Added 1/4 cup of pizza sauce to each + 2-3 ounces of mozzarella + 1 serving of pepperoni, and it was only around 600 calori… | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/04/19 05:23 PM |
| 1 | Struggling with picking a law school while not harming my captain’s job huntI also went through this process with my long-term partner a few years ago (although we were both applying to law schools). Feel free to DM me if you want to vent. It was a very stressful time. You might try emailing the schools and letting them know that other schools have deposit/scholarship deadlines coming up (you can fudge dates), and indicating that you need an answer sooner. | /r/RedPillWomen | 26/03/19 01:37 PM |
| – | What's for dinner?The kale/apple/goat cheese/nuts were cold (or room temperature), but the chicken/rice/butternut squash were warm. It's good with all of them leftover cold though! | /r/RedPillWomen | 01/12/18 01:51 AM |
| – | What's for dinner?Made it last night and it was SO SO good. | /r/RedPillWomen | 01/12/18 01:51 AM |
| – | What's for dinner?Just ordered groceries! I'm planning a sweetgreen style "Harvest Bowl" with chicken, goat cheese, apples, butternut squash instead of sweet potatoes, kale, and nuts - that should last a good bit of the week and will be quick once I've prepped it. Tonight I'm going to actually cook a full meal - steak, some mashed potatoes to use up some leftover potatoes, green beans, and maybe ginger snaps with ice cream. SO is serious about lifting right now, so I'm trying to make things as high protein as pos… | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/11/18 05:49 PM |
| 4 | Examples of how men have responded differently to you after making physical changes? (Working our, hair, makeup, etc)Not smiling like a weirdo but just keeping my face relaxed and my mouth in less of a constant frown. Apparently there are studies that demonstrate even faking a smile can help alleviate depression and stabilize your mood, so that's another plus for me. | /r/RedPillWomen | 05/11/18 11:57 PM |
| 23 | Examples of how men have responded differently to you after making physical changes? (Working our, hair, makeup, etc)The past few weeks I've been experimenting with feminine touches like floral headbands, heels with a pop of color, more pearls, etc. + always keeping a pleasant expression on my face (I usually have major RBF) and have noticed a huge difference. In the last week, men have run back to open doors for me, a guy who works in my building offered to sort all my recycling for me, and just in general men are smiling/flirting with me more. I honestly didn't think it would make as big of a difference as i… | /r/RedPillWomen | 04/11/18 03:47 PM |
