7	Rules For Thee, Not For Me? I don't think "affair" is the right word, since it was a consensual relationship and Udoka is not married. On why the woman hasn't been suspended, my best guess is bc she's lower ranking than Udoka, so she has not broken any rules. But since Udoka has a high ranking management position, he needs to disclose if he's dating someone lower on the totem pole than him, since it could be a power play/conflict of interest. 0	I'm looking for articles about red cross leaving men to die and oy saving women and children.(don't know if it's true) I won't read every single article, but for the Independent's article on Haiti, it says "Food distribution since the quake has often been marked by.... young men at times have shoved aside the women and the weak and taken their food." It also says each family gets a coupon for free food. So I believe the non-profits wants men to stay with their families and wait for the women in the family to get food.
