Some might find that the logical conclusion of the court's decision, some might not. The point still stands: the government does not decide if someone was raped, they decide if someone committed the act of raping

Since there are no laws against being raped, the government is not in a position to determine whether or not someone was raped. There are laws against committing rape, and as such the government is in a position to determine whether or not someone committed the act of rape. the more you know

No, the government examines whether the suspect commited the criminal act of rape

be careful; as you say yourself, your smv is trending upwards – hers, by virtue of being a woman past the age of 18, is going in the opposite direction it is not far fetched by any means of the imagination to assume she might be looking to secure commitment by means of pregnancy

By blaming biology, you are committing a logical fallacy. "Naturalness" in itself does not make anything good or bad. Equally, naturalness does not prevent something from being evil. https://yourlogicalfallacyis.com/appeal-to-nature

Page views don't feed their families; money from advertisements does. Quite to the contrary, page views coming from users of adblock increase their server costs without compensating with advertisement income.

Note that I said "should"; of course that is not the current situation. The difference between the two "rights" is one of positive vs negative liberty: http://plato.stanford.edu/entries/liberty-positive-negative/ I believe in anarcho-capitalism, and property rights (including self-ownership) are the only "rights" I believe should exist, but I see your point.
