1	When a corporation feels the need to fill a "Diversity Quota". They feel they are somehow 'more diverse', if they have more women than men. In fact, it seems like a company of all women is considered 'more diverse' than a company of 'half women and half men'. I'm tired of seeing things like this on job postings: "Priority will be given to the following designated employment equity groups: women, Indigenous peoples (First Nations, Inuit and Métis) and persons with disabilities and racialized persons." I didn't even think it was legal to choose a candidate based on gender or ethnicity in Canada.
