"There are certainly a number of things that could be done to make the culture of college campuses safer and more welcoming to young women: Programs to train professors to practice gender equality in class, feminist lectures and events, anti-sexual harassment training and training in sexual consent and health, putting more emphasis on female athletics, trying to show the gender equality in the faculty that you want in the student body. But above all things, we need to start acknowledging that th…

It is a charity bar and typically once the first flush of people gets their first drinks things slow down and space out so you can chat with people. However, the concept in this lesson is to get out there and be able to interact with people. You would be surprised the difference between volunteers who are warm and chatty behind the bar and those who just take drink orders. The goal is to be the first type of person.

This is talked about at the Chateau as "Beta Comfort". It is the push/pull and balance of slowly demonstrating Beta comforts (not beta attitudes) after your alpha frame is established.

My previous comment holds the red pill truth, but it doesn't fully address what the OP was asking. In some ways congratulating the redpill man who has sex with a woman in "a relationship" is a way of acknowledging he has come to terms with the hypergamous and base natures of women. In other ways it serves as a reminder that men in relationships they value must be Alpha and Diligent, lest they be cheated on by disloyal sluts. Personally, I don't pursue attached (meaning married or engaged) women.…

The difference is hooking up and LTR/marriage. The "sluts" we shame are trying to get us to "man up" and pay full price for sexual access she gave away for free while she was in her prime. We congratulate red pill men who don't get cheated. We shame women who rip blue pill men off.

It is hard to say that this type of childhood causes the problems you are facing, but it sure doesn't help. Some say I am lucky because my crazy wife and I did not have kids during our 12 year marriage (we tried, she couldn't bear any children) and I would say you are lucky to have had your offspring and gotten them out of the nest. I would highly encourage you to take the RedPill, divorce your wife and take the next 6~8 months to work on things you have neglected because of the drama created by…

Well he did have his bro there, so unless there was gonna be some MFM action kind of an awkward logistical choice (provided dude wanted to bang this chick anyway). If the dude is DTF this chick then I think Alpha move is to escalate by whispering suggestions in her ear to call it a night early and meet up at his place.

Ok, so why is CPAP an issue? It is shutting down your game by inducing fear and insecurities -Before- you even open, much less seal the deal. It's like shutting down your game because you forgot to make your bed. Fuck, there are chicks getting nailed in parking garages. Get that out of your head and concentrate on generating tingles.

I have a CPAP and it does not affect my game. Period. I keep it in a cabinet by my bed and tidily out of sight in my bedroom. As they say at the Chateau no woman should ever touch your bed unless she is naked with your cock in her. If you are having non sex sleep overs stop it! If you followed the 16 commandments of Poon and fucked her well, then when she is a quivering mess of sex on your bed she won't give a fuck what you use to get a healthy nights sleep.

For guys who live in fly-over country, or are a little older, single moms can make good plates to spin if you follow the advice to never meet the kids and keep it casual. I've picked up a younger 7 who I didn't know had kids until a few dates (and a bang) in. One nice thing is that a lot of single moms will "next" themselves once they find a better "wallet/emotional tampon/sucker." Saves the drama of putting her out. She just moves on because you are withholding the beta bucks she needs to survi…

Yes. Many charitable organizations run bars at events. I've tended bar, run beer tents and lots of other things since college. First time I did it was in a beer tent at a community street festival in college that raised money for downtown cultural events. You overlap two groups for day game targets. The organization and the patrons. It also helps because the attitude toward a volunteer is different than a paid employee. You can generally hold longer conversations and if you have good intel on th…

This isn't new. 20+ years ago my first had a list. It's been so long I can't remember what number I was (she was at least in double digits), but I had protection and got a "++" because I made her have multiple orgasms. The thing I didn't internalize from that experience is that MOST women are like this. 20+ years ago the cock carousel was fully up an running, but "good girls" still had enough traditional values lingering in society to provide enough "slut shaming" that as long as they hid their …

I love this reply from the OP: You are really giving me hope! This guy hasn't done anything remotely physical yet. He sends me sweet emails, knows more about my family in 3 weeks than the previous bad boy I dated for 6 months! He's really putting effort into me, understanding the kind of food I like, picking out all these obscure places that we should go to just because of something I said offhand... he's just so, so nice. Which means in a relationship he is going to be really considerate. I sho…

Nothing helps The Red Pill go down like a healthy diet of "Some people's purpose in life is to serve as a warning to others!" Given the sheer number of plugged in men....the examples have to be many, and stark to cause a glitch in the feminine matrix.

Either way ...there is a reason someone is on a psychotropic drug, and it usually requires a different type if relationship dynamic. Alpha/Beta tips and whatnot don't work in that realm. Generally you are dealing with mutant multi-headed hamsters.......

The one thing I'm not seeing mentioned in the comments is anyone picking up his woman is getting off "busperone". Which is most likely a misspelling of budapirion aka Wellbutrin. This is a common antidepressant with lots if sexual side effects. As Athol Kay often says there is hypergamous behavior and bat shit crazy. You put people on certain psychotropic drugs and all the alpha game in the world won't overcome her shit tests and behavioral problems. Before you beat this guy up too bad do read f…

Just a thought...and I doubt I could have pulled this off in the moment, but what kind of move would it have been to ask her to show you the last five text messages from guys that aren't relatives...and then ask her to delete them from her phone and unfriend them from Facebook. The point is she has to be willing to only get her attention and "commitment" from you if she's going to demand you only get sex from her. My guess is as an 8 her phone is blown up with double digits of guys giving her wo…

Real men would have been 2 drinks soberer than the chick, and stopped her short of passing out and be making out on the couch with her...to later find them both passed out naked in bed after a hard romp. He did not control his woman's poor control over alcohol. He had no control or authority. She ran right over him and used him as a safety anchor for her wild behavior. Stupid, stupid beta. Chance of a 'thank you for treating me nice fuck when she comes around'.....near zero. He'll be lucky to ge…

As a model and former Miss Canada she is by social proof a 9~10 so she can have those standards in men, until she can't (declining SMV), or doesn't want to (hamster). The problem is, this is a woman with current, or past high value empowering the average to keep inflating their SMV. Just like a man with options, a 10 has options, for a while. In the end the beta fishing with special and specific bait espoused by this snowflake will be poorer than the alpha who is running drag nets in the waters.…

For the married women who were unable to satisfy their hypergamous nature with their men it is easy to find them out with these young and mobile oilfield studs. You want to see Alpha Fucks and Beta Bucks in the raw, come to an oil boom town. The betas often don't know because they too are working long hours and making lots of bank in this economy. I routinely chat with HB 7-ish married women at the gym who moved here from bigger cities and they are bored out of their minds with the smallish town…

Welcome to my world. I live in one of the hot oil regions of Texas and I am observing the same thing, Of course I have seen it before, this is not our first oil boom. I often comment that the bars and clubs are full of young (18-35) oil workers with wads of cash and bravado to match. It is a weird time and place for a community and the men and women that live in it. However, I'm curious what TRP knowledge you think you can glean from this..... I do know that it takes INCREDIBLY tight, internal g…

I found it at 42...and when all your work bags you that first 7~8 green eyed blonde 10 years your junior, you kind of forget about all that "wasted" blue-pill time.

I echo the sentiments to start with the gym. More importantly, USE THE LOCKER ROOM and things like the SAUNA and STEAM ROOM after your workout. This is really important if you are in a co-ed gym facility. Those are MAN spaces. Like others have said, just show up and try not to be weird for the first couple of weeks. Guys detect a regular after a few weeks and the conversations/connections will follow. Try not to talk politics and religion...talk sports, your workout, and women in general. Don't …

If pretty much all of America is pretty much a lost cause (should we celebrate if we're even getting laid?) what country/region is in 2nd place for worst?
/r/TheRedPill05/02/13 12:15 AM

Yes. Well, started 6 months ago and it has made a difference. I generally keep with a crowd about 10 years younger than myself, also. Most people think I'm late 30s approaching 40. So I get a good -3 to -5 years on my actual age. Even so, I don't know if it is me, or the women when it goes to an age differential of 15 or more years. Not much success there, but as I said, I'm in a smaller pool.

Being divorced, over 40 and back in the SMP, it just seems like I have to have a different frame than those learning game in their 20s and 30s. How do you combat "that old guy" look and at least keep some decent SMV women in play?

Also, you don't need to maximize size to get a good effect. I do a program called Bodypump. It gets you more toned without making you super large I do bodypump and yoga. I have slimmed down, toned up and am not getting muscle bound at all. The combination of the two keeps up the flexibility and strength. Also, the class is filled with mostly girls, so you'd get a chance to meet them. +1! Do yoga also! There are so few guys in either of these classes in my gym women come talk to me...no seriously…

OK, why does this seem like I'm on a journey to recover the man I used to be and make that guy better. I used to snow ski. It is on my list of things to do this spring. I used to water ski, don't know if I can pull that off this summer. I cook very well...and my dishes have been requested by many. I learned to mix live sound and set up gigs/venues. I camp/hike and have rappelled on occasion. I took a ballroom dance class, and was actually pretty decent, but my ex could never follow (she insisted…

Reflection on week one. First, being a Gen X'er with war baby parents (not boomers) who was married for 12 years, grew up in a very conservative traditional home (church Boy Scouts, etc.) and was fed "be a good guy", "girls want X" by feminine society and unsuspecting parents, scout and church leaders. To say I have had to have a paradigm shift is an understatement. So far I have all of these week one basic skills and they are all well developed, I just haven't used them for my own sexual/relati…

Thanks. I know that to be true of the vast majority of women now. My perception of women is scary....and red pill just fine tunes it. I am also starting to realize the numerous alpha traits I have/had, that were never used or covered in beta. Basically I was not deliberate in using them or spurned then because of social/feminine training. It is a HUGE life change to deliberately embrace the natural. That's what I'm learning.

First off, my experience is if you lose the frame of "who pays and why" from the start it will take a lot to recover. You set expectations on the first encounter. Some advice I have seen before is the "would you do it for a same gender friend?" I also learned how to be generous from my Dad and lots of other high status men, which engages social pressures on others to at least be gracious and respectful of your generosity. If you model this behavior in a group around your problem woman they will …

I agree this is very important. As an older (42), very recently divorced guy...I can say I finally passed this one with authority this past summer, in spades. This past summer I divorced my wife, dropped two long term female friends and re-framed the relationship with a previous sex partner who I still see from time to time. (not sexually, thus the big re-frame) I debated putting the back story to these, and decided not to, but can. Just know in my divorce I had become the epitome of a worn-out,…

So, 40.8% of all births are to unmarried women....so the remaining 59.2% of births are to married women...and if 60% of those married women divorce, that means somewhere in the neighborhood of 70.4% of the children born in 2010 will live without a Father for some portion of their developmental life. The best these children can hope for is Grandparents (tho these are now just as the Gen X Blue-Pill infected as their offspring) to raise them, or for momma to hit the wall and finally decide to hook…

OK this is the easiest one of all for me. Always has been. My problem with talking to people, especially attractive women has been that frame of "We aren't going to be friends, I really just want to sleep with you." A lot of that has to do with being married for many years...I took commitment seriously. I'd chat up a 9~10 with no motives. My future relationships/sexual satisfaction now depends on my frame/motives. I may or may not talk to 10 different people today, but I will talk to about 100 o…

No used to be very difficult for me. When I was mainlining blue pill (OK force fed since birth) I said yes to a lot of stuff for women. I had to be broken (literally) before I said no...it was months after that when the red pill taught me why that was working and why that was empowering. It also helped me understand why my marriage was about to end, and why I had to be the one to do it. No is a very powerful word, and I am still learning to wield it properly. I don't know what my no to a woman i…

I will start off with you can change yourself. How much depends on a lot of factors, but you can change something for the positive. Although I have only known about the red pill since September of 2012, I was introduced to red pill concepts by my male therapist and friend (yeah its complicated) in late 2011 after another roller coaster with my wife (we are divorcing, and I initiated it...I had enough). However, he didn't really know about red pill, he was just more traditional and has been seein…

I will add one other benefit to joining a proper gym. Men. It may sound weird, but when I joined and started going a year ago the male locker room did as much for me as the classes (taught by women btw). To plug back in with men I knew before I was blue-pill blown out was refreshing.
