5	17 trying to get laid, need gym advice and a review of my current stats. I would recommend you to build your workout around these four exercises: • Pull-ups and rows • Shoulder and chest-press • Deadlifts • Squats Personally I divide my workouts into pull-day, push-day, leg-day and cardio.
