2	Take Control of the Wheel. Quit Eating Sugar. Tried going full keto but my love of milk made it too hard so I’ve been doing a very low carb diet for 3 months now. I’ve been trying to exercise more but haven’t made too much significant progress with that. 3	Always leave a girl better than when you found her. Sometimes we forget that. I appreciate this because so much of the advice that is thrown my way is things like "pretend like you don't care about her" or "be an asshole to her" or "dont text her often" and quite frankly, that just isn't me, I can't do it. 3	Embarrassing harsh rejections, post yours. Was at the bar, saw a girl who I thought was alone, went up to her and politely introduced myself and asked if I could buy her a drink. Immediately a pack of wild fat girls appears (her friends) and the leader turns around and goes "are you serious right now? Is this a dare or something?" 1	Does anyone that run cocky/funny feel like it's become too much of what they are? I'm slightly shy and naturally introverted.
