Start with 5kg If you have a partner you can plank while they finish their Russian twist set and then switch. This makes me plank for longer since I wait till he's finished to stop. Then I do 3 sets of 15 for each side of Low to High Cable Woodchop. The cable machine is nice for core workouts as is crunching on a ball or mat, or doi…

Oh no. I wasn't denying the racism or the dislike for brown people. I was just making the point that you shouldn't also just ignore and stick to the things that do work. Go to women who won't dislike you for your race y'know. Don't keep barking up the same tree and all that

I'm not in US. I'm from Canada- downtown Toronto. Come here and game white women and stop assuming literally everyone is american lmao. And yes there are stereotypes to battle but if you're out there holding it down you will prove them wrong.

I used to eat a lot of Indian food. Stuff has good properties too but if you're eating it as regular diet then you have too many carbs and too much oil and fat in your diet.

first of all, come up with a concrete plan with steps. Step 1: Start lifting yesterday. Eat better. Step 2: Analyse your income, your expenditures and your career path. Come up with a savings plan and stick to it. Move out of your parents house in maximum one year. Step 3: Make a 5 year plan and work backwards until you arrive at TODAY. What can you do TODAY that can help you achieve your goals. What can you do TODAY that can help you get a better income and career 5 years from now?
