1	I decided to become alpha I exercise every morning and will get back to boxing asap. I'm 20 yo, 5'11 and around 65 kg, and don't look fat at all. Rather skinny. I'm a college student and live on my own most of the time. I would say that my biggest issues and weaknesses are internal rather than external.
