I mean, OP did say he found salsa fun. And it’s probably less so his mindset, more so following internet’s advice of going the offline route.

Similar experience with run club, multiple sport groups, hiking groups, and volunteering, and I have been doing these for multiple years for reasons not related to dating. Did get asked about if I’m interested in one of their friends though. I still thinking dating apps are a better use of time for pursuing a partner, then use offline activities to supplement.

Dental work for me was great ROI. I did Invisalign and that greatly improved my smile, but just crest white strips was good enough for me, to the point where I had people compliment how white my teeth were. I would argue having a friend take photos for your during outings would be better than professional photographers, as it looks more stage. You want to present yourself in a more natural environment for dating app pics.

My career trajectory kinda did change over night - was making low six figures last year, and switched to a new job paying 75% more, but don’t think that really made a difference in dating. In fact, previously I have dated women who made 3-5x more than me

I’ve been doing spin class. Some women head out immediately after class, and the ones that stay are usually chatting with their own friends, so don’t really feel like fitness class are the way to go. Interested to hear from the perspective of any women though Run club on the other is a bit better, but still usually women go with a group, so you will have to chat with their own friends with the whole group instead of just the person you’re interested in.

True, i just think 225 is too ambitious for a beginner, that's probably a longer term goal for most people, unless everyone else is not weak af like me

Decent starter goals are: Bench: 225 Deadlift: 405 Squat: 315 - isn't that pretty advanced? I mean 225 lbs bench is what they use for NFL combine. I have seen maybe 1 or 2 in person achieve the deadlift/squat at the gym and not for 1 rep max.

Men should wait until they're at least 28 before they start seriously considering long term partners. Because thats when they have the easiest time sifting through the 10/10 20y women Can anyone provide anecdotal confirmation?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
