12	Made a feminist 'friend' mad. I just wanted to make it clear to other commenters that no, on paper (I'm using this means by law), Mike did NOT have the right to hit back. Self defense does not mean that you are allowed to hit anyone that hits you. It means that if you are in fear of serious injury and you aren't able to remove yourself from the situation (ie, run away), than you can use force to prevent harm against yourself or others. In order to replicate the results of the infamous 10 hour walk through New York, an Australian Newspaper sent a 20 year old model in short shorts through Sydney. She received no "harassment" of any kind. Not one. For sure downvote brigades can come from the outside, and if hte first couple people to read your post are particularly defensive, you might get voted out of view. 1	You get charged an additional excess ($200) for being a male driver. The problem with this is it only works if it's an industry-wide decision. If an insurance company doesn't discriminate based on gender they will have to raise women's premiums to make up for the loss. Once they raise women's premiums women will start using a different insurance company that charges them less. At this point non-discriminating insurance company has to raise their general rate to make up for the loss in "lower risk" customers, ending up with the same premium anyway.	/r/MensRights	16/09/14 06:17 PM

6	(f) New to MRA. I am not a default victim. I am an adult and should be held accountable for my own actions. Hey, I just wanted to say kudos on choosing to be a teacher! It's definitely a financial sacrifice which can make it hard to attract the best people. At most the free market will give some hand outs to the poor to keep them from starving to death. The free market doesn't generally invest money in other people's growth unless there's a direct incentive/kick back. Lack of due process means that the school didn't go thru a proper procedure (ie, a reasonable standard) in determining him guilty, not that the court thinks he's not guilty or the girl is lying.
