This is very empowering. I'm happy you are getting where you want to be. Slowly but surely. Healing takes time but guaranteed you will come back stronger.

Hahaha no I meant all classes being online means no surprise bumping into each other in the hallway and awkward stares 🤣

meet Mine contacted me if something happens to me: won a contest, got Covid... all after I blocked him in social media. Like no, please don't make me be friends with you. Also it's a bit of a lost cause because I know genuinely he thinks he's a good guy and patting himself on the back for continuously reaching out to the concrete wall ex (me) and oh well, thank the universe for Covid, I never get to see him again.

Yes. No pity, this is child porn in my book. There's a child in the creation of pornographic content. No pity for enablers you're 100% spot on!

Sis I agree on the three month mark so much. They get tired with the act around this much, tried and tested multiple times!

Someone has to really stop this before it gains traction and viewed as legal and or acceptable. I'm legitimately worried for the child's life, the mother literally made a living from men fantasising about her being in pain and her unborn child.

It's cases like this that makes me wonder that SOME women are part of the problem. The male conditioning is so extreme. To what extent is she a victim and what extent is she a perpetrator? I think it's also an offense against her unborn child who did not consent to this act. She is endangering her child, made her child a subject of paid fantasies. This is downright criminal. Women all around the world are dying from unsafe abortions, from sceptic pregnancies, from giving birth itself and this is…

Tell me? How is this safe? How is this empowering? This kind of stuff is sold usually on blackmarkets but this? This is unprecedented for a mainstream platform. This is a new brand of sickness. Porn was sick enough but this is horrible. She is endangering her life and her kid's life in the future. Women's bodies and pain should not be a playground to this extent.

I was ashamed at who I was before in my teenage years and early twenties. I thought I had standards but the first person I ever dated showed me that no, I didn't, and have to recalibrate what my standards really are. Now, I'm saving dating seriously when I'm ready (after I get financially stable, finished all my career goals, etc.) and practicing decentralizing men from life. Now, I feel bad about the time I spent being sad about a guy who treated me sub-standardly. He wasn't abusive, didn't hur…

This is very well written and well advised! I'm the happiest when I see people move on from places they won't be the best version of themselves as. Please trust yourself and all the good things will come!

I thought giving an ugly boy a chance would be good because I was focusing on the inNeR vAlUeS than looks but all it gave them was misguided confidence to treat you like shit cause them ugly ass pulled you. Stop giving ugly men false confidence to spread their seed.

Yes sis. Please please watch out. It is a large amount. Check if it is legit by legal means so it cannot be used against you in the future. Keep the letter for evidence and keep track of the events of how this happened. Invest it so you can retire early and do level up things for only you.

Check if it's legit, file a restraining order if he tries to contact you directly, protect your mom, then cash it, invest it and enjoy the rest of your life without him. EDIT: Saw comments about stalking likelihood. Lawyer up and taser/pepperspray up. Protect yourself, your mom, and your whereabouts first. Save the letter and the messages on your mom's device. Send to police. Legit I still want you to have that cash for your own use but safety comes first.

It's because society showed us that being alone is the worst thing that could happen absolutely to a woman. People mistake solitude and loneliness all the time. The former is a power, the latter is a fed weakness. No single person could be your happiness, that's why friendships and community is much better than 1x man.

I used to have fallen in love with my partner's potential. He was tall, fit, played sports, excelled in sports, and was a financial genius who wanted to take the CFA. Pre FDS, my heart I was telling myself yeah maybe if I stay I will see and even contribute to his success. When we dated I was earning more, more active in extra curriculars, had offers more than him. Then it dawned on me that he was just potential. But him not acting on it was a part of him as well. It is him with or without poten…

Imagine how much of a scrote this is. He claims "you're not even that hot" and yet still fails to to get with you. He thinks he's smooth tryna hurt you but in reality it says a lot more about his character than yours. Protect yourself from these kind of stuff, block, delete, and if he dares brings up a professional account like Linkedin, report his ass and send screencaptures to his connections especially the women telling them "this is the kind of person he is, please be wary", support women at…

Okay whew that'a good news. I mean these med practitioners around you might be the good ones but still the fear is there. I hope I find it too! Thank you and send my regards to your husband and OB. Hope more practitioners are like that and none like OP's post.

I legit cried reading this post. This is my worst fears ever, to think that a man is good, marry him, then realize boom he is a piece of garbage juice and then you realize you were fooled all along and wasted all your years investing emotionally into a cesspool of dirtbag human. My stomach even churned when the top comment said they even have a name for it called a husband stitch. It's the worst.

I mean yes, I'm on my way to tell the school if he does it one more time after the silence warning. And I am relying on that friend and gave her opinion more consideration than anyone else's.

Oh wow yes this is exactly how I felt! My friends aren't bad people but because they don't understand the nightmares and anxiety issues caused by bringing up his name, etc. they won't be able to give me safety about this exact topic. So I really understand what you mean. The confusion part hits me hard but I keep reminding myself not to go back there. I'm happy to read all the warm comments here.

I'm scared cause he has powerful and influential friends... and our school is shit at handling abuse cases unless you sue them which causes a lot of money. But I will talk about it too

This is right yes. I did tell him I was non practicing but my roots are Christian which is Abrahamic. But he did ask me still if I would convert to Islam specifically. I said no, and got dumped. I just wished he was straightforward with his intentions, so us girls would not waste our time of he was looking for something specific that I obv don't have and won't ever have.

I'm just happy about reading so many perspectives here, and I respect the muslim women here who come to voice out their real interpretation and citing examples of good fathers. But yes, I stood my ground and told him no, I won't convert and change who I am. If I get dumped for it then be it.

Because he's into East and South East Asians. He didn't date muslim girls despite being in a Muslim country and chose non-muslim girls and asked them to convert for him.

My friend spoke these wise words "no dick would convert me" when I cried to her and she was laughing cause the only valid religion is a "cockless religion" such a queen that one

What really? He said he was practicing fully but dated me and another non-muslim girl after.

Sorry to hear about that. I hope you find what you're looking for. How does your male muslim friends treat their partners for example?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy23/03/21 01:12 PM

Of course. But how do you cope right now? I have amazing Muslim friends, and they're all divorced after their families forced them to marry men that didn't respect them. Now they're teaching girls and hosting infosessions about rights and reproductive education. They are still practicing, but not adhering to the sexist parts of the scripture. I hope you find your way! And do update us if you find a non-sexist scholar, we need good news from the religions of today

Also LGBTQ. My bestfriends are gays and bisexuals, and I asked him. He told me he probably won't agree with them marrying due to religion. Yikes, my friends' rights are my rights too if you don't support them you don't support me.

The "convert for me" conversation is what he pulled with the next non-muslim girlfriend he had when he got tired of her and broke up with her (and me) some weeks after. It was his escape route, just tell them you're not into non-muslim and that's your ticket out. Wow

You know they've lost agency when all their decisions in life cater to the male gaze. Pickmes are not pro-women. They diminish their fellow womens' perceived value to look better for the male gaze. Their source of validation is male-generated. Stay away as much as possible, protect your energy.

Oh gosh for real now it makes sense. The only times I miss my ex and cry about it... Lo and behold, sisters! Period the next week like clockwork. I use it now to estimate my periods 📈

This is just very painful to read. Because it's true. I remember I used to rush to my ex cause he was a head taller than me. It's not just walking... near the end of the relationship he could't wait for me to finish a meeting anymore even if we agreed to have coffee after. Not 10 minutes. He also couldn't wait to go home if we meet after classes. But when I saw him with the girl he replaced me with he was next to her walking slower. Waited for her until late night. Our mutual friends told me he …

My ex said this to me. Not gonna lie I was very flattered. I have quite a big chest for my frame so I'm used to getting dirty looks. When we were together he was like this, didn't do anything sexually unwelcome so I thought he was just a gentleman. And I'm giddy for it because I thought I finally found someone who didn't see me as a sex object. Now I'm super confused yet enlightened.
