Not sure where you are from but here in the UK teachers get full salary for the whole of the summer. Also they make the kids pay for the teachers to go on trips to places such as France. Teachers moan about pay and stress working 9-4 earning 30k for a part time job. They wouldn't know stress if it slapped them in the face.

My SO was qualified for the job, but she was the least experienced and under qualified among all her competition, however she was the only woman so easy mode she got. Also the only reason she got the qualifications was because she was a woman, she didn't have the grades to get into the university course, but to meet the quota of woman for the course, they took her anyways. Care-work is mostly unskilled work. Its worth almost nothing. It isn't a skilled trade, anyone could do it, thus they deserve low pay. Teaching pays low because of the massive amount of time off they get, I will never have any sympathy for teachers, they are over paid as it is, and frankly I think they should be classed as part-time. Any woman can be an Engineer, Marine welder or Surgeon. No one is stopping them. Hell, my SO only got her job as a project manager BECAUSE she is a woman.
