| 3 | QUESTIONSHah I got waitlisted by one of them for an internship about three months ago. Since then I've seen multiple females get offers from the waitlist. In fact there was a whole week where they only gave out offers to females. Ones who interviewed after me got offers. Not to be the type that complains but it really hurts. It's fine if they want some percentage of their hires to be female as long as they put out some numbers that say these positions are female only.
