Um... Not to be a buzkilll or anything, but this picture isn't actually showing shell shock. The lighting is just weird and makes him look like a psycho. There was a colored version of the photo and he looked pretty normal, as if he was smiling for a goofy picture with his buddy. But all that aside, yeah she's a cracked out psycho.
