Stronglifts... just don't stay on it for more than a few months otherwise you'll just end up with massive legs. Squatting heavy everytime you hit the gym is just overkill. Its time that could be otherwise spent on more upper body work which will do more for increasing your smv

Well said good sir, nothing but 6's and below on these apps. Anything above that and she's just looking to get more followers on insta.
