For increasing your bench press, try doing more tricep work. I would specifically focus on exercises like close grip bench press, weighted dips, and skull crushers. Also, try dropping your rep ranges and increasing the weight to 3-5 reps with 3-5 minutes of rest between sets for a few weeks.

You can either claim fraud and let the responsibility fall on your father or handle the situation yourself. I'm sure the interest rate on the CC is high as fuck. Are you tapped out on financial aid? I'm not advocating taking out loans to pay for other loans, but it is much easier to pay off a 4-5% note through financial aid than it is 29.99% CC. I think one of the best websites is FreeRepublic. People post links to news on almost a minutely basis and you can scroll through hundred of headlines and article blurbs in a very short period of time. Be forewarned, it is a very conservative website. I've been banned there multiple times for being too liberal, apparently. Politics aside it's a good way to browse many headlines very quickly.
