He said it was over and by leaving held frame. If he stayed he could easily have broken frame and let her back in, having such a blow to his ego/feelings/etc. A two year long first relationship ending like that, or anyway really, will fuck you up mentally. A quick clean break is needed. Now he just needs to cut all contact.

late reply... but 5'5/5'6 I get it basically every day. Usually just innocuously but sometimes not.

I don't understand people who say being short isn't a burden. You'll never know the amount of shit we go through. It's how fat people should be treated but aren't. Instant rejection, constant 'playful' taunts, less respect. Oh well. moving on.

I work in a bar with mainly women coworkers. Every time a hot girl walks in I let my coworkers know. Unless she is a 10 the girls instantly start attacking anything they can find wrong with her. "Really? HER?? Look at her calves. EW! p0tts, your standards are so low!" It happens so often that I think they just wish I was talking about them.

I absolutely disagree with the turning the palm down. If it's someone new an equal handshake is the way to go. The dominating turn down just makes me feel sad for the other guy. Greet men as equals then through the ensuing chat decide if hes worthy. You can always turn the handshake downwards when you're saying goodbye.

If you do it right you'll get told. Not often but it happens. I've started telling other blokes that i respect their handshakes if it is up to par. I hope it catches on.

This might seem off-topic but your number 2 stuck me as a very good bit of advice for anyone having a conversation... or trying to pick up. The look of "I'm truly listening and processing your words" is a fantastic look to receive. I knew this one natural who gave people the most intense stare when in conversation and it just felt amazing to have someone look at you like what you said was interesting. I think that this shouldn't be used all the time, especially in gaming, but it can be a useful …

Something I've been don't recently is... sort of jamming my hand into theirs. So that area between thumb and index really connects. Not too hard but I've found it really makes for a more intimate but manly shake. I've been complemented on it frequently. Eye contact, as others have mentioned is vital.

Interesting read, but i have one quibble. Girls are NOT hornier than guys. We have 12-17 times the amount of test than they do and this is directly related to sexual drive. Why do you think this sub exists. Girls would be out there actively seeking, approaching and seducing dudes; in large numbers, if they had our sex drive.

I used to not like the feature on messaging apps our fb that said "seen", but now I fucking love it. A quick look and no reply. They'll be freaking out in no time

Lifting and eating well destroys fat. If you think you need a bit of help to get rid of a beer belly or what ever, some high intensity training could help. I was sprinting 40 meters then walking back, resting 10ish seconds, then sprinting again. 20 times per session and i did this once a week.

This. I injured myself doing pull ups and went to a regular doctor. He said i had golfers elbow and it would heal in a few weeks. 3 months later i could barely use my arm. I went to a sports doctor and within a minute of looking at he he declared it had torn one or two of my tendons in my elbow. Basically, sports doctors are the shit.

If you need to put that much effort into yourself maybe you should go monk til it all settles down. But really, unless you're trying to cultivate an LTR, I can't see just talking to your plates taking up all your time. The motivation of sex should be enough of a boost, maybe you should go nofap if its not enough.

What was the downgrade to? If shes now just fwb then I wouldn't have invited her at all; just kept it to late night hook ups and whatnot. You're really just inviting trouble for yourself by bringing the two together.

I'd say its kind of hard to tell what you did wrong. Right now you just need to move on 100%. Forget about her and keep reading (also lifting). When you start to really get the red pill you'll be able to see what how you fucked up. As to your question about if you were right or not... you need to next her. It's not worth your time to try and make the feeling come back. Swallow the pill and you'll find an easier time with new women

For example, swap the pens with bottles of beer, add that the wife is pregnant, and make the problem a crucial beer shortage when an important guest arrives for dinner. You might be more inclined to think the wife caused the problem with that beer she had with lunch, even if the husband had one too. Having laid out these more familiar examples, we can return to where we began — with the tendency to blame mothers for negative epigenetic effects This is such a mind blowing leap. Such incredible ha…

the speaking point is very important. I have definitely noticed a difference when i slow down my speech. I normally fly through my speech and it comes across as if I am flustered or something. Just impress your will on your speech and slow down. Think about what you are about to say but at the same time down don't make it seem like you're analyzing everything you say. It's a thin line but read and practice. Use it on people that don't matter.

i think the best part about the subreddit is that we can attempt to give advise. I took the pill a few months ago but I've stayed a lurker but this channel, i feel, gives me a chance to show my level of understanding. If OGs of the pill drop in, us newbies can have a place to be corrected or guided.

to me if seems youre giving too much validation to the relationship. the 100 candles scene, sure its romantic and what not but man read some theory, be a man. she doesnt want you catering to her every need. as to the thoughts of you: leave her alone or more to the point, make it known you have more pressing endeavors such as lifting or the boxing or studies. leave her hanging and she'll come crawling for the validation.

You're gonna shoot yourself in the foot if she really is a unicorn(lol), but even if she isn't I'd say that it would be silly to contaminate your plate pool. If for no other reason than making your life less stressful i would find a plate that is separate from your main girls social circle.

While it's not directly advise, I would read the 48 laws of power. I haven't had a chance to use it in an interview but at my job it's been eye opening.
